July 1, 2022 - New Customer Support Summer Hours
Announcing new Customer Support hours for the summer: Our phone lines and online chat will be only active:
Monday to Friday 9AM to 1PM EST
Always keeping our customers in mind, instead of rising prices due to the high inflation, we will instead reduce some office support hours.
This will not effect the shipping department, and we will still be shipping most orders within one day of customer placing an order.
